Changemyaddress.com is a private company that, for a $19.95 fee charged to your credit card, offers to file the proper form with the Postal Service and even place your new phone numbers on the Do Not
Call list. Complaints filed with BBB, however, indicate the company doesn’t always perform and isn’t responsive to requests for refunds.
Changemyaddress.com is owned by Form Giant, LLC, a Cincinnatti company that started business in December, 2012. ChangeMyAddress.
com is not affiliated with the U. S. Postal Service (USPS) and

One consumer told BBB, “This website appears to be the USPS website that will change your address for you. It's not. It is a scam. I have 2 charges of $19.95 on my debit card and have called and emailed
multiple times demanding my money back. It is an absolute disgrace and I can't get answers or any help.”
Another consumer from Depew, NY told BBB he never received the service. “They never even filed the forms to change my address. Today is March 11, 2013 and the post office has no information on
my change of address and I have lost 4 weeks’ worth of mail!” The consumer told us when he tried to get a refund from the business, they hung up on him.
You can change address for no charge at any U. S. post office branch, request a form from your mail carrier or, for a $1.00 fee, go to www.usps.com
., the official U.S. post office website.
